A three-year member of track and football, Noll was also a member of the “I” Club on the Hilltop. Noll held positions with the Ford Motor Company and the U.S. Army Air Corps among others, and served on the board of directors for many banks in Illinois. In 1966, Noll established the Conrad Noll III Football award in honor of his son.
