Illinois College Athletics

Played baseball, basketball and football at Illinois College before serving as a high school teacher, coach and athletic director. Colin served as a captain of the Illinois College football team and was a Little 19 all-conference selection as a halfback. He later taught and coached at Neoga High School, Champaign High School and Wheaton Central High School. The gymnasium at Wheaton Central was renamed in his honor.
