Illinois College Athletics

Was a standout member of Illinois College’s golf and softball teams. She won four Midwest Conference individual titles in women’s golf while also leading Illinois College to the team title each year. She earned All-America honors in 2006. Cappel was also a four-time all-conference selection as a member of the softball team.
